A lessee receives from Waddeninzicht 2 invoices. The first one covers 50% of the rental and has to be paid within 2 weeks. The second invoice covers apart from the remaining 50 % of the rental and cleaning cost a caution of Euro 350 /ship. This invoice has to be paid latest 2 weeks prior to the commencement of the rental-period. In case of a situation whereby the rental-period commences within 14 days then the payment for rental and the caution will have to have been effected prior to sailing.

Waddeninzicht will transfer to the lessee the caution after deduction of costs for fuel and any possible damages or missing items within 4 working-days after the expiration of the rental-period. The lessee will receive a credit invoice.

On presentation of their student cards, students will obtain 5% rebate on the rental,  however the caution ,  however the caution money in such a case will amount to € 500,-/schip.

Cancellation

Waddeninzicht offers her clients the possibility to effect a standard insurance for cancellation. But more interesting is, that this insurance can be extended for the risk of gale, during which Waddeninzicht doesnot allow to sail. In case an offical gale warning has been announced (Beaufort 6 or more) for more than half a day the hire for that day will be refunded.
